Amazing birding trip to Cuba! We saw 22 of 23 Cuban endemics and had great looks at all the birds. Arturo Kirconnell Jr. is an astounding guide – tremendous expertise and knowledge of birds, their calls and where to find them as well as friends all over the country who took excellent care of us with gracious hospitality. He is a safe driver with a very comfortable and reliable vehicle. Each of the lodging arrangements were very clean and had amenities that were pleasant surprises – hot showers and air conditioning in even remote locations. The food was delicious and plentiful. Arturo’s attention to detail is exemplary and he is a delightful, fun person as well. If anyone wants to see Cuban endemics – Arturo’s trip is definitely the one to go on!
